Heres the hints

Car-400 intelligence then press hot wire when you click it.
Bus- get commodities:Beer and cocain and gun and buy alarm clock and caffine pills and go to bus depot.
Skateboard- Buy smokes and give to the blue kid by the apartments
Cocain- Click the guy walking between the pawn shop and convenience store, he will sell som for $400 a gram.
Sports Car- get 1000 intelligence i think.
Tons of money- Go to the bank and type in 12e4 and click deposit.
Good Karma(White Stick) go give beer and $10 to the man sitting by the liquor store
